{"id":2880,"date":"2022-06-01T10:23:07","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T08:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aisico.com\/appeals-complaints-comments\/"},"modified":"2025-05-19T16:24:39","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T14:24:39","slug":"appeals-complaints-comments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.aisico.com\/en\/appeals-complaints-comments\/","title":{"rendered":"Appeals, Complaints, Comments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process of handling appeals, complaints, and comments is an element of <strong>AISICO&#8217;s<\/strong> corporate policy, aimed at protecting and satisfying Customers, who may call on the following requests and\/or communications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>appeal<\/strong> to request a review of a certification decision made by the Certification Body (e.g. suspension, revocation, <em>etc.<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>complaint<\/strong> if dissatisfied with the use of a service provided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>comment<\/strong> to highlight behavior that one may perceive as not in line with the technical reference standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, <em>etc.<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AISICO<\/strong> shall examine appeals, complaints, and comments, in accordance with the <strong>REGULATION<\/strong>, within one month of their presentation, following a possible hearing of the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AISICO<\/strong> undertakes in all cases to provide an initial response to the complainant within 30 working days of receipt of the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In handling appeals, complaints, and comments, <strong>AISICO<\/strong> ensures the actions necessary to resolve them and carries them out with impartiality, and excludes any discriminatory behavior towards the complainant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client shall bare all expenses related to the appeal and\/or complaint, except in cases of acknowledged justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If appeals, complaints, and comments are deemed justified by <strong>AISICO<\/strong>, the Client shall sustain the cost of the additional inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of appeals, complaints, and comments by <strong>AISICO<\/strong> is subject to several conditions, necessary for the effectiveness and transparency of the process. For this reason, messages forwarded anonymously will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The veracity of the data entered will be checked before the processing of the complaint, grievance, or comment is initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The protection of personal data of all persons using the complaints and comments service is guaranteed and, where requested by the person, anonymity is ensured in the handling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to submit an appeal, complaint, or comment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any appeals, complaints, or comments may be submitted to <strong>AISICO<\/strong>, using one of two methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by filling in the <strong>online form<\/strong> on this page,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by sending via PEC (certified email) the <strong>Appeals, Complaints, and Comments Form<\/strong> (Mod_ReR_Rev. 0_ Appeals, Complaints,
